The term "Ignorance is bliss" must be true. I don't consider myself some type of scholar or master of any particular category, but, I believe I understand a lot about a lot without being a narcissistic a-hole. With that said, I find my life hard to know things I wish I did not compared to those who only care about their television shows and what's for dinner. There is an insane (maybe literally,) difference between. I constantly find myself feeling terrible because of caring about topics that nobody seems to care about. Maybe being empathetic is a curse. I've been a caretaker for years for my father with CRPS and have helped create groups for individuals with disabilities to come together and not feel misplaced, to only be ridiculed and unwillingly absorbent of hatred. I had to stop the help for the many because of the few due to my newly conracted mental instabilities because of everything. I was 20 years old when this all started....I'm now 36 and not much has changed other than me thinking I'm doing what's right as it slowly kills me.

The haters must feel really stupid when people of note also praise the GOAT. I've read articles from psychiatrists and even opera singers plus vocal experts and they all say EM's a genius.

Magnesium oxide has terrible bioavailability in the gut.. citrate and glycine are much better for you. I would recommend getting powder form as there is no bulking agents

Honestly, this feels like the first time I feel like a present and whole person, it opened the door for talk therapy to work. This experience made me think of this song and your reaction video. I really felt this song in my soul and love it still, but I am glad I allowed them to help me. Thank you for your reactions, your perspective is fantastic.
